Showpiece Home Watch is owned-operated by Meggan & Kevin Knoblauch who are both graduates of NHWA Boot Camp and are Certified Home Watch Professionals. Your home is likely one of your biggest assets, we strive to care for your home just as if it was ours. Proper communication, building trust and maintaining professionalism is what we pride ourselves on. Building a relationship with our clients to help understand their needs and provide great service is a top priority. Wanting to set ourselves apart, we follow best practices from the National Home Watch Association who set some of highest standards in the home watch industry. We are fully insured and bonded to keep us, your home and most importantly you protected throughout the entire process. 

We performed Home Watch for a lawn care client years ago, this is where the original idea of starting an official business came from. Now years later, after extensively researching Home Watch and seeing how much the industry has grown, the decision was made. The Milwaukee Metro area contains several snowbirds and frequent travelers, and we know there is a need for it.

Our passion has always been caring for other people’s properties, whether a golf course, lawn or a home. Our strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence allow us to provide the same level of care as we would if it was our home. We have been married for five years and are residents of Cedarburg along with our son Cole. We love the community and its surrounding area.
